With five in-house factories nationally, we oversee the process from raw material through to finished product, rather than relying on outsourced components.
A nationally consistent quality management system
PlayCo is quality assured to ISO 9001:2015 across our operations. Because production is consolidated in-house rather than spread across third-party suppliers, our quality management system applies consistently no matter which factory or product range is involved, giving councils, schools, landscape architects and commercial operators the same assurance on every order.
Backed by an industry-leading warranty
Every PlayCo steel structural play equipment item is covered by a full 20-year warranty. Our ParkFit outdoor fitness range is backed by an extended 25-year warranty, reflecting the additional testing and materials selection that goes into equipment designed for continuous, high-frequency use.

Why in-house manufacturing matters for quality
Unlike suppliers who import components or outsource production, PlayCo manufactures across dedicated in-house facilities, including our own ropes, timber and plastics factories, alongside CNC machining, fabrication and powder coating. This level of vertical integration means design changes, quality issues and compliance requirements are resolved internally and quickly, rather than being dependent on external suppliers.
